Efectivos dependientes del Escuadrón 54 «Aguaray» inspeccionaron un vehículo de carga Iveco con acoplado que trasladaba un cargamento de granos.
Al no contar con el aval legal de la mercadería, los funcionarios procedieron a secuestrar el rodado y la carga, la cual totalizó un peso de 35.000 kilos de soja partida.
Dicho procedimiento fue sumado a otro efectuado por personal de la misma Unidad el día anterior, al detener la marcha de un camión Volvo con acoplado que también trasladaba soja partida.
Los uniformados contabilizaron 700 bolsas de 50 kilos cada una y, al encontrarse frente a un hecho en presunta infracción a la Ley 22.415, decomisaron el transporte con el cargamento (35.000 kilos de soja partida). Un total de 70 toneladas.
Asimismo, los gendarmes del Escuadrón, con apoyo de personal de la Unidad de Investigaciones de Delitos Complejos y Procedimientos Judiciales «Orán», controlaron un camión Ford, modelo Cargo, que transportaba 450 bolsas de 20 kilos de herbicida cada una, totalizando 9.000 kilos sin aval legal.
En los tres procedimientos, intervinieron la Fiscalía Federal de Orán y AFIP-DGA.
